Today the Elmer Fire Department is mourning the loss of 17 year old Junior Firefighter Timothy Crim. Tim joined the department at the age of 16 as a junior firefighter and was working his way up to becoming a Probationary Firefighter. Tim comes from a long family history of Elmer Firefighters, his late father Past Chief Thomas D. Crim , Firefighter Evan Crim (Brother), Past Chief Herman Crim (late grandfather), Past Chief Robert Crim (Uncle), Captain Nate Crim and Firefighter Kate Crim (Cousins).
